BP CRM Notes: Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This policy describes the data practices of the "BP CRM Notes" Chrome extension, a tool used internally by Bramlett Partners real estate agents inside their Gmail accounts. It does not cover any other Bramlett Partners product or website.

Data accessed

When an agent has the extension installed and is viewing a Gmail thread, the extension reads:

• The email content of the currently open Gmail thread (subject and message body).
• The names and email addresses of the sender and recipients on that thread.
• CRM categorization data the agent enters or confirms while using the extension.

The extension does not read email outside the thread the agent has open, and it does not scan an agent's inbox in the background.

How it is used

The data described above is sent to Bramlett Partners' own servers at aip.brampar.com and system.brampar.com, solely to:

• Provide CRM context about the person on the thread (for example, whether they are a known client or lead).
• Classify the email so it can be organized correctly in the agent's CRM workflow.
• Generate AI-assisted draft replies that the agent can review and edit inside Gmail.

Storage

Classification results and the CRM categorization data an agent enters are stored on Bramlett Partners' own company servers, for use by that agent and the Bramlett Partners team. Authentication tokens used to identify the signed-in agent are held only in the browser's session storage and are never written to disk by the extension.

What we do NOT do

Feedback data

When an agent gives a thumbs up or thumbs down on a classification or draft, that feedback (including any correction the agent makes) is stored so we can improve the accuracy of future classifications and drafts.
